My exploration into the world of User Interface (UI) design has just begun, and one of the projects I recently started on my own—without a client—was the redesign of the Gotland Taxi application. This application is an old and underutilized app in Gotland. I decided to address the pain points of this application, re-map its user experience (UX) and journey, and ultimately create a redesign proposal based on these pain points to present to potential clients/stakeholders.

The user journey I analyzed for this application, along with its identified strengths and weaknesses, is detailed below. This project is currently mid-way (in progress). Should this page be updated, it will also be updated on my website, and the progress of the project will be showcased here.
